F.Y.I. Found a video/DVD converter to Zune that has been flawless, coupled with K-Lite codecs I can encode most every format. Checkout http://www.alloksoft.com/3gp_psp_mp4_ipod_video_converter.htm. Price is 34.95 but is a suite in one fast, fast converter. It gives you many options including raising the volume.

    Good Luck,
